There is a second terrace on the second floor, and both have garden furniture. A main terrace with barbecue is located on the ground floor. There is a pier and a private beach just 10 metres away. Reachable only by boat, bike or on foot, the house mostly runs on solar energy and rain water. In addition to solar panels, there is an electric generator. There is also a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and 2 double bedrooms. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Vela Rava, just 1 km away. Rain water for the bathroom and kitchen is collected in a tank. A 4-metre motor boat is available for an additional fee, which includes 10 litres of petrol. Dove's House is located in the secluded bay of Golubovac, on the southern coast of Rava Island. Toilets are flushed with sea water at House Dove.
